Jessica Randell appeared for the prosecution at the trial of Darren Fellows at Bradford Crown Court on the 24th June 2019. Mr Fellows faced charges of dwelling house burglary, theft, dangerous driving and associated driving offences. In total, over 50, 000 worth of designer items and two vehicles were taken during the course of the burglary. The defendant was tracked and located in one of the stolen vehicles but then drove dangerously away from police officers and, upon arrest, was found to be in possession of items taken during the burglary. Mr Fellows pleaded guilty to all offences on the day of trial and was sentenced to a total of four years imprisonment and was disqualified from driving for five years. T & A report
