Brian Russell secures the conviction of Hazrat Shah and Andrew Fox for conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin after a 6 day trial at Hull Crown Court.

The two defendants set up a county lines operation from Leeds/Bradford to users in Grimsby. Within days they had over 80 customers but the plan went wrong on day 11 when the person they had cuckoo’d texted his support worker to tell her that two young boys had been brought in to deal drugs from his flat.

Cell site analysis and call date established the link between the two defendants and the “ACE” drugs line used to organise the supply.
