Robert Skyner Secures Settlement in Holiday Illness Claim
Working alongside Instructing Solicitors Aegis Legal, Robert Skyner has successfully secured settlement for a British woman who contracted an illness whilst on holiday in Cyprus.
The settlement is particularly notable given that the Claimant was a guest at the Defendant hotel on a Half-board basis rather than an All-inclusive package. She contracted a severe gastro-intestinal illness on the fifth day of a seven day holiday and following recovery from the acute phase of her illness she was left with post-infective irritable bowel syndrome.
