Nick Adlington Prosecutes Death by Careless Driving

The defendant lost control of his Vauxhall Corsa whilst speeding killing a pedestrian and seriously injuring his two passengers. He was sentenced to 16 months imprisonment by HHJ Stubbs QC sitting at York Crown Court. He was disqualified from driving for 3 years and 8 months and ordered to take an extended re- test.
