We have members with a thorough working knowledge of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the regulatory framework introduced by the Act. They have been particularly involved in litigation involving the mis-sale of financial products to commercial customers of banks.

We also have members who are experienced in both the prosecution and defence of VAT,HMRC and SFO matters. Members are also able to advise on all aspects of fraud, with particular experience of banking and mortgage fraud.
