Brian Hurst

Brian Hurst has been a financial lawyer since 1976. His background prior to and since being called to the Bar in 1983 has been in financial law. He joined 39 Park Square in 1999 to prosecute serious fraud cases. He now practices almost entirely in Financial Services law and in particular litigation involving the mis-sale of Financial Products to commercial customers of banks.


He has a thorough knowledge of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the regulatory framework introduced by the Act.
